Despite attempts by John Travolta to get the case dismissed, a federal judge has allowed the case of Travolta’s cruise ship employee accuser to proceed. 

Score a victory for John Travolta. A judge has just thrown out a libel case brought by Robert Randolph against Travolta, and has ordered Randolph to pay all legal fees of about $139,000. Randolph alleges he had a same-sex relationship with Travolta. Travolta denies it as lies so, basically, all-around big win for Travolta. 

Kirstie Alley recently sat down with Barbara Walters for an upcoming interview for 20/20 and the two discussed many topics including Dancing with the Stars. The lawyers of actor John Travolta win again. Travolta’s lawyers were able to successfully argue in court that the Robert Randolph lawsuit regarding a libel lawsuit about alleged gay romps in bathhouses should be dismissed. Apparently, Travolta’s lawyers said the right things because the judge agreed.
