Despite attempts by John Travolta to get the case dismissed, a federal judge has allowed the case of Travolta’s cruise ship employee accuser to proceed.
Score a victory for John Travolta. A judge has just thrown out a libel case brought by Robert Randolph against Travolta, and has ordered Randolph to pay all legal fees of about $139,000. Randolph alleges he had a same-sex relationship with Travolta. Travolta denies it as lies so, basically, all-around big win for Travolta.
