The Bethenny Frankel Jason Hoppy divorce has already hit a road block. With both sides asking for primary custody of their daughter, Bethenny wants to take their daughter on a business trip to Australia. Hoppy is having none of it. 

Looks like the divorce between Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy could get messy. Jason Hoppy has finally filed for divorce against Bethenny and he is essentially asking for all of the same demands as Bethenny. Typically, that would suggest a tough lawsuit to come.

New reports are coming out stating that Bethenny Frankel and husband Jason Hoppy just aren’t happy. While things seemed bad on Bethenny Ever After, the insider claims the relationship has gotten worse. It’s said their work ambitions are to blame where Bethenny still wants to do more but Jason does not.
