Demi Lovato had quite a wake-up call after she left rehab, according to her latest interview with Company magazine. Demi states that before rehab she had “hundreds of friends” at her birthday party; but, when she turned her phone on after 3 months of rehab, she had 4 messages! Click the pic for the whole story.

OUCH! Looks like Demi Lovato will be taking it easy for a few weeks. Apparently the singer slipped on some newly cleaned hardwood floors and banged up her foot BADLY. She will have to be in a cast and on crutches.

Demi Lovato is taking her rehabilitation more serious than any other celebrity that we can think of. In fact, Demi has been residing in a sober house after being unsatisfied with the treatment she received two years ago. Stay strong, Demi! We know you can!
