Simon Cowell is apparently a little upset at NBC and The Voice for deciding to run a special episode that will compete directly with The X Factor premiere. Simon called the move cold, cynical, and unprofessional. He also said The Voice is scared about The X Factor and losing their audience to Britney Spears and Demi Lovato…. Umm, Simon, isn’t this whole thing just called business competition?
