World, meet Girl. Child actress Rowan Blanchard has just landed the role of “Riley” who will be the daughter of Cory and Topanga in the upcoming Boy Meets World spinoff, Girl Meets World!

The internet has exploded with joy on the news that Danielle Fishel and Ben Savage have confirmed their roles on the new Girl Meets World. Danielle is so happy to be a part of the project and so thankful to the fans that she wrote them all a letter. Click the pic to read it!

Girl Meets World casting update: Rider Strong, “Shawn”, will NOT be in the show at this time. Rider stated that he has no involvement at the moment but is not opposed to a guest spot. Also, he can’t wait to see how the series progresses. 

The new sitcom Girl Meets World is getting more serious. Cory and Topanga have just been cast! Oh, sorry, we mean Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel have both signed back on to play their old roles. 

Looks like Disney is contemplating a Boy Meets World spinoff. The title? Girl Meets World… It’d be a show about the pre-teen years of the daughter of “Cory” and “Topanga”… Well, why not.
